How to swim!

1.  You put your hands up and put them at the back of your head for example
2. once you do that push off the wall and count in your head, like this! one arm stroke two arm stroke three arm stroke roll and breath.

Now if you want to know how to scull here it is

1. all you want to do is lie on your back.
