Food for Thought

Today we went on a trip to new world for label reading.This is what we had to look at.

1. Energy,
2. Fat,
3. Sugar,
4. dietary fibre.
5. sodium/salt,

 We had to see what is healthy to eat and what isnt healthy to eat.
